therevstodd, llc offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Deck Log memberships. If Deck Log is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will return what you paid.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund, contact us with the email address on your receipt and we will arrange it for you.

Store downloads and gear

Paid downloads from the Deck Log store come with the same 30-day money-back guarantee, even after you have downloaded the file. Printed items and gear are made and shipped by our print partner: if something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Free resources involve no payment and need no refund.

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership at any time from the Membership page inside Deck Log. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

Free trial and invited testers

New accounts include a 60-day free trial, and invited testers may receive a free period of access. Nothing is charged during a trial or free period, so there is nothing to refund unless you choose to join.
