Refund Policy

therevstodd, llc offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Deck Log memberships. If Deck Log is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will return what you paid.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or contact us and we will arrange it for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership at any time from the Membership page inside Deck Log. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

Free trial and invited testers

New accounts include a 60-day free trial, and invited testers may receive a free period of access. Nothing is charged during a trial or free period, so there is nothing to refund unless you choose to join.
