Privacy Notice
therevstodd, llc, which operates Deck Log, is the data controller for the personal data described here. This notice explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it.
What we collect and why
- Account details — your email address, display name and sign-in credentials, to create and secure your account (necessary to perform our contract with you).
- Content you enter — meets, sessions, contacts, notes, expenses, mileage, certifications, uploaded files such as meet information forms and rule books, to provide the service to you (contract).
- Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information and error logs, for security, fraud prevention and fixing problems (legitimate interests).
- Support messages — anything you send us, to answer you (legitimate interests).
Payment card details are never collected or stored by us — they are handled by our payment provider.
Who we share it with
- service providers who host and run the app, store files and report errors on our behalf;
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of memberships, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance;
- professional advisers, such as legal and accounting, where needed;
- authorities, where we are required to by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data once it is no longer needed, apart from records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop certain uses of it, and you may withdraw consent where we relied on it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time and no later than any period required by law.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and per-account data isolation, so that each official can only see their own records.
Cookies
Deck Log uses only essential cookies and similar browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember rule books you have saved for offline use. We do not use advertising cookies.
